P4P’s latest ‘collaborative listening ground’ was held at Newman House in the beautiful town of Newman on Friday 11th November.
37 participants from the For Purpose sector, local Government, the private sector and the Western Australian Council of Social Services came together to share successes, discuss challenges, develop new relationships and identify collective ways of working together and supporting one another to achieve positive outcomes for the Pilbara com
The forum delivered a fantastic showcase of local achievements including the Martu Leadership Program, the Telethon Kids Institute and the East Pilbara Independence Support.
The Western Australian Council of Social Services (WACOSS) facilitated discussion on the WACOSS 2016/17 State Election Campaign priorities, with a focus on identifying Pilbara specific priorities. Discussion was also held on the importance of data collection, analysis and outcome measurement.
