DESCRIPTION:Pilbara For Purpose is pleased to support the delivery of Unlock Your Leadership Potential training by INNOVARE, to the community service sector. Staff working for not-for-profits or Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations in the East Pilbara are invited to register their attendance in South Hedland on 17-18 November. This is essential training for new and emerging leaders and managers. Participants will come away with:\n\nenhanced leadership skills to improve team motivation and performance\neffective communication strategies for better team dynamics\nproblem-solving and decision-making techniques\nskills to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within teams\nStrengthened conflict resolution and negotiation skills\n\nCost:\n$50 per person\n$40 for P4P members\nThis training has been made possible thanks to the generous support of Pilbara Minerals Ltd.\nImportant, please note:\n\nYou must work within the EAST Pilbara to attend this training. If you are not based in the East Pilbara, please feel free to email pilbara4purpose@gmail.com to register your interest for other Pilbara training.\nPilbara For Purpose members receive a $10 discount on tickets. Please select member ticket at checkout.\nTo ensure a fair distribution, organisations may register a maximum of 3 attendees only. Your organisation will be contacted if more places open up.\nTickets are non-refundable. For over 30 years, Nicholas has worked with children, youth and families providing counselling, mediation and early intervention family support. His passion is for promoting self-determination and inclusion through communication, reflection and humour in and outside of client practice.\n
