Unlock your Leadership Potential – INNOVARE West Pilbara Training for New and Emerging Leaders

Pilbara For Purpose and WA Council of Social Service are pleased to support the delivery of Unlock Your Leadership Potential training by INNOVARE, to the community service sector. Staff working for not-for-profits or Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations in the West Pilbara are invited to register their attendance in Karratha. To register visit the event page.

About the training:

This hands-on, interactive two-day training is designed to equip you with the skills to lead with confidence and drive success. This is essential training for new and emerging leaders and managers. Participants will come away with:

• enhanced leadership skills to improve team motivation and performance
• effective communication strategies for better team dynamics
• problem-solving and decision-making techniques
• skills to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within teams
• Strengthened conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Important, please note:

• You must work within the West Pilbara (City of Karratha and Shire of Ashburton) to attend this training. This includes Karratha, Dampier, Wickham, Roebourne, Point Samson, Onslow, Pannawonica, Paraburdoo, Tom Price and the surrounding Indigenous communities. If you are not based in the West Pilbara, please feel free to email pilbara4purpose@gmail.com to register your interest for other Pilbara training.
• Pilbara For Purpose and WA Council of Social Service members receive a $15 discount on tickets. Please select member ticket at checkout.
• To ensure a fair distribution, organisations may register a maximum of 3 attendees only. Your organisation will be contacted if more places open up.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Exceptions may occur at the discretion of the organisers if there are attendees on the waitlist.
