Accidental Counsellor training – Online
Pilbara For Purpose has partnered with Helping Minds to deliver ACCIDENTAL COUNSELLOR training to the community service sector in the West Pilbara. Staff working for not-for-profit organisations or Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations are invited to register their attendance for this online training which will take place on 11th and 12th June from 9am to 1pm each day.
About the training:
Do you ever find yourself in a situation where you don’t know what to say?
Accidental Counsellor training will provide you with practical skills; whether you are talking to someone going through a difficult time, having relationship issues, not coping with life, or feeling helpless.
You will discover how to re-frame their thinking to give them a different perspective on something that previously painted a negative picture.
Target Audience: This course is suitable for all workers, with a focus on frontline and support workers
