Staff working for not-for-profits or Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations in the East Pilbara are invited to register their attendance in South Hedland on 17-18 November. About the training:
This hands-on, interactive two-day training is designed to equip you with the skills to lead with confidence and drive success. This is essential training for new and emerging leaders and managers. Participants will come away with:
- enhanced leadership skills to improve team motivation and performance
- effective communication strategies for better team dynamics
- problem-solving and decision-making techniques
- skills to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within teams
- Strengthened conflict resolution and negotiation skills

- You must work within the EAST Pilbara to attend this training. If you are not based in the East Pilbara, please feel free to email pilbara4purpose@gmail.com to register your interest for other Pilbara training.

- To ensure a fair distribution, organisations may register a maximum of 3 attendees only. Your organisation will be contacted if more places open up.

The Innovare team more specifically, Nicholas Haney, is an experienced community welfare practitioner and service manager having led services in United States and Australia. For over 30 years, Nicholas has worked with children, youth and families providing counselling, mediation and early intervention family support. His passion is for promoting self-determination and inclusion through communication, reflection and humour in and outside of client practice.
