Our theme for 2025 is ”Celebrating our Pilbara Champions of Change”, acknowledging and celebrating Pilbara community services organisations and individuals who are champions of positive change in our communities – demonstrating innnovation, collaboration, inclusivity, resilience and strong leadership.

Our theme for 2022 is “Unmasking our Pilbara Stars”, with a focus on acknowledging and celebrating Pilbara organisations and individuals who have gone above and beyond to: DREAM, ENGAGE, OVERCOME and INSPIRE.
Now is the time to nominate an amazing organisation or individual for the 2022 Awards.
There is still time to nominate a young person in the Hedland community aged 5-25 who demonstrates sporting talents, is achieving great things, contributing to their community or showing leadership skills.
The closing date for nominations has been extended to Weds 6th April 2022.
All teachers, parents, youth workers, sports coaches and community memnbers are encouraged to take a moment to share the great things young people are doing out in our community.
We are excited to announce that the 2022 Pilbara Community Services Excellence Awards will be held this year in Newman.
We are looking for businesses and organisations who would like to be a part of these important and successful Awards. As a supporter of these Awards, you will be acknowledging the outstanding work of the Community Services Sector and investing in the recognition and development of the sector, including the development and sustainability of our Pilbara communities. It is also a great opportunity to promote your business/service with attendees expected from across the Pilbara and Perth.
There are a number of opportunities to support these Awards with cash or an in-kind contribution. We are still looking for a number of Category Sponsors as well as General Sponsors. In addition, we are looking for prizes for award categories or door prizes, or provision of a service to support delivery of the Gala Dinner.
In return for your support, you will be acknowledged in all promotional materials for the Awards, on social media, and in the Gala Dinner program. You can also purchase advertising space for your business in the Gala Dinner program.
